Iris Folding? Want to try it? Welcome to IrisFolds.com, the home site of Pete’s Patterns, where there is a free pattern for you to try. This site will tell you all the things you need to know about iris folding.                                        If it's not here, you don’t need to know it!

On this site you will also find a full photographic tutorial on Iris Folding, and have the opportunity to download free patterns, so that you can try out this fascinating craft for yourself. The patterns will change from time to time, so keep coming back! A lot of the patterns will have been designed by Iris Folders from all around the world, so if you feel you have a pattern that you would like to share, contact me

The good thing about iris folding is that you don't have to be artistic in any way. As long as you can hold scissors, and can fold paper along a straight line, following a pattern,  the 'iris folding' world is at your mercy.

You can get as involved as you like in the cutting of templates, card, etc, but if you feel that this is too much for you, just pop along to your local craft shop and buy some preformed templates, or click here to find my favourite links about Iris Folding...(and a few other crafts)!  It is as easy as that!

Also by using this site, you can buy one of my CDs, which feature 50 iris folding patterns on each for you to use on your own projects. These CDs are recognised as among the best, and can be yours for just £9.99 GBP, plus post and packing. To see what the CDs have in the way of patterns, just click the gallery buttons.

For every CD purchased, profits are used to help promote work by a Christian charity, for use in Romania, in Eastern Europe.
